TicketManager Partners With Prudential Center to Help Venue Manage Tickets and Suites
March 26, 2018Prudential Center Makes Events & Sports Ticketing Easy using TicketManager for Complimentary and Internal tickets
Calabasas, CA March 26, 2018 — Prudential Center, one of the top grossing venues in North America, will partner with TicketManager to better manage, track, and understand complimentary and internal tickets. Over 100 professional teams and universities partner with TicketManager to help customers get the most from their investments in sports tickets. The NYC-area venue, which is home to the New Jersey Devils, is one of the first NHL facilities to partner with TicketManager to improve its own internal ticket request processes, and to gain valuable insights on tickets and events.
“Live event venues across North America use tickets to drive new business. It’s a very common and effective practice,” said Troy Tutt, Head of Team Partnerships for TicketManager. “While teams and leagues often host prospects, sponsors, customers and VIPS at suites and events, managing internal tickets remains a challenge. TicketManager has proven successful in working with teams on internal tickets.”
“TicketManager’s leading technology will give us great value; a central platform for internal ticket requests, and better ticket usage and conversion data,” said David Collins, Chief Financial Officer of Prudential Center. “Having all that data integrated with our CRM is a huge win for us and provides powerful insights for our executive team to use when making strategic decisions.”
In addition to the benefits for Prudential Center’s employees, the venue will also be able to offer this first-in-class technology to its Suite holders and Premium clients. The software’s new integration with Ticketmaster will help suite-holders easily transfer tickets, and run scan reports to see who actually used the tickets. “We are excited to be partnering with TicketManager,” said Jason Gonella, Vice President of Premium Partnerships. “We think this offering is key to providing a best in class fan experience. Our Premium Seating clients are members of our family, so sharing this technology with them is a must.”
TicketManager, used by globally-known brands like Anheuser-Busch, American Express and Verizon, addresses a real pain point for companies by removing the guesswork from client entertainment. But now venues and leagues are signing up to get this value too, and will have access to a one-stop shop for tickets and outings — from building custom invitations and inviting the right people, to showing the ROI on these events. The product line is accessible via web or mobile app and includes integrations with Ticketmaster, Salesforce.com and others.
“Tickets and events shouldn’t be a headache…they should be fun,” says Tutt. “We take the pain out of ticket requests and allow companies to have the proper data to analyze the ROI.”
